Register for the National Skills Passport, which is being launched in Pakistan through a pilot program. You are eligible for this pilot program if you are a plumber, electrician and cook from Sindh Pakistan and have a valid CNIC.
Please note National Skills Passport application is not open to all in this phase. Only applications from workers in the mentioned jobs and region will be given further consideration.

If you happen to complete all the steps in the pilot successfully, you will receive the National Skills Passport.
The National Skills Passport is a digital portfolio of a worker’s skills and qualifications and informally acquired knowledge, all conveniently located on a smart identification card. Migrant laborers, workers in Pakistan or returning from abroad can use the card to prove qualifications and work experience and connect to continuing education or employment opportunities.
The National Skills Passport aims to facilitate upward mobility in employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for people in Pakistan and beyond.
Pilot initiation by Employers’ Federation of Pakistan in collaboration with ILO, STEVTA, NAVTTC, TTB, MOPHRD & other stakeholders
National Skills Passport is being introduced in Pakistan with a pilot program. The purpose is to formally recognize the skills of workers, returning and migrant workers to help them with better work opportunities.
